Aletta: We use a standard singlepage contract for hiring new employees. The wording is terse and to the point. I personally reworked the contracts between us and our agents, but to be quite honest, I don't really love that task Legal things always have a slightly negative touch which doesn't appeal to me. I prefer to move things in a positive direction, so I'm very happy that I'm no longer active in the legal profession. I find it much more appealing and more exciting to devote my energies to watches.
