Interview With Benoit Favrat On “Honesty” How Did You Find Your Way To This Company?

Book live your passion

Benoit: I still shake my head in disbelief every time I tell this story. Time and again, I ask myself: “Did you really quit working for Rolex?” yes, that's exactly what I did! After my financial education, I had a temporary job at Rolex. I was supposed to work there for four months. Afterwards, my performance would be evaluated and they would decide what my future would be. The fact of the matter is: if you don't make any stupid errors during those first four months, then chances are good that they'll offer you longterm employment. But I'd had enough of Rolex after just two weeks. Everything there is hierarchically organized. The basic idea is that no individual should bear any responsibility. That ran against my grain because individual responsibility is exactly what I wanted. I yearned to be able to work independently and to think for myself. My mother recommended that I should consider Frederique Constant, and I was hired soon afterwards. No Fields Found.
