How well were the new items received by your clientele? Peter: The response was unfortunately somewhat tentative. We typically have a distributor between us and the jewelers. Many of them are men and therefore somewhat hesitant. Aletta: We officially launched Frederique Constant jewelry at Baselworld 2012. The products were immediately successful in the Middle East. The first deliveries are just now coming into display windows in Switzerland, so it's too early for me to make a generalized statement about the reception. We've received some orders, but success is measured in terms of sales to retail customers. It's also important that jewelers enjoy combining our ladies' watches with jewelry that we've expressly created to complement those timepieces.
